Building systems include unit heaters, gas furnaces, transfer fans and include minimum ventilation units to keep the semi heated buildings from freezing and provide somewhat tempered storage spaces. Ducted or ductless systems for leasing office, ductless split systems for elevator equipment rooms. We have also done in floor radiant heat systems with zoning using valves and pumped loop. Whole building exhaust fans provide fresh air for cooling and removing heat build up in summer months.
