Offices take on a variety of system types depending on the clients’ needs and the building itself. We have worked on central systems with VAV, forced air, ductless split system heat pumps, electric heat, hydronic heating and cooling. Energy codes now require dedicated ventilation air units separate from the central air handling system. Since office buildings have a variety of spaces to consider. We have also worked on dental and medical clinics which include domestic plumbing and medical vacuum and gas systems.
