Directed and managed the project design, specifications, standards, assets/equipment to be included, and facilities management program with AECOM and SOFCON consultants.
Lead an onsite staff of diverse professionals and technicians in monitoring the construction activities of the general contractor, sub-contractors and consultants with 2500 individuals on site at peak times.
Managed infrastructure and drilling for 24,300 stone columns in an area of 170,000 square meters.
Designed and managed power plant of 15 megawatts to support GEMTEC facility operation.

Directed and managed the design with AECOM and SOFCON consultants and construction of maintenance and manufacturing facilities for steam and gas turbines to include combustion, generators, coils, dresser, motors, coating cells, skids, MCS, combustion nozzles, and fuel nozzles in Chili, Nigeria, Iraq, Australia, Saudi, USA and Germany. Defining project goals and developing plans for accomplishing projects to include identifying critical safety, health and related facility interface issues as they relate to project scope, budget and schedule.

Managed construction of pre-cast concrete construction multi storage buildings.
- Designed and managed shooting range projects, education facilities, military maintenance buildings, clinics, roads and bridges, hydraulic systems, support facilities, and communication towers.
- Managed construction and furnished simulation center including fire suppression systems FM200, raised electrostatic floor, HVAC systems, Data Wave, and simulation equipment.
- Supervised, coordinated and direct preparation of project proposals, budget briefs, budget estimates, expenditure requests, economic analysis and Authorizations for expenditures.
- Managed all security and telecommunication systems all military facilities from Northrop and Grumman.
- Implemented Energy Control Monitoring System (ECMS) to upgrade existing facilities management to save energy.
